A rapidly growing mining company did not have clear KPIs or detailed data on which to base informed decisions. We analysed their core needs, and then assisted them to build a costing model to assist with more accurate pricing, and clear KPI reports to measure performance. The owners employed a CEO, stepped back from the business and now manage by data based decisions and less by touch.
