An international mining company, listed on both the Australian and an overseas stock exchange, produced detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports. These reports incurred extensive external accounting fees and significant time investments. We automated the collation and preparation of both the internal and external reports, in formats acceptable to the stock exchanges for public reporting. Reporting processes were streamlined, were more cost effective and produced increased consistency in results.
