I engaged Hayden to co-deliver an advanced data analytics and dashboard intelligence course. Hayden delivered the more complex parts of the training, and received positive feedback from participants. Following the training successes I re-engaged Hayden to assist at a client who needed follow-up support and consulting after attending the training. This client has become an advocate for the work we performed via Hayden. Finally Hayden has been engaged by one of my peers to assist with a complex funds management business intelligence matter. I will continue to seek to engage with Hayden as he understands business, and delivering on client needs and expectations.
